Curiosity on the Red Planet.

For more information on the Red Planet, NASA implemented its Mars exploration program, known under the name of Mars Sciencie Laboratory, popularly called Curiosity. It aimed to send a robot to the planet, to initiate a scan of the surface, and assess whether Mars ever had an environment capable of supporting small life forms called microbes.

To achieve its goal, they launched a probe that, after reaching the planet's surface on 5 August 2012, travels around exploring the surface of Mars and collecting samples to be analyzed in various studies, to characterize the planet's climate, its geology and prepare for future human exploration.
